Technology for accounting of game animals
Технология учета охотничьих животных
TCH establishes the technology of accounting for hunting animals in the hunting ground of the Republic of Belarus, as well as in other territories not included in the hunting ground, but being the habitat of hunting animals. TCH requirements are applied by users of hunting grounds, as well as other organizations that keep records of game animals and certain species of wild animals included in the Red Book of the Republic of Belarus. TCH can be used in the organization and conduct of control measures for the accounting of game animals. Methods of accounting for hunting animals are determined by users of hunting grounds, other organizations whose responsibilities include the registration of the number of game animals, in accordance with the procedure for accounting for the number of game animals, as well as on the basis of Annex A to the TAP. TCH requirements do not apply to scientific and other organizations that conduct hunting animals for research and experimental purposes.
ТКП устанавливает технологию проведения учета охотничьих животных в фонде охотничьих угодий Республики Беларусь, а также на иных территориях, не включенных в фонд охотничьих угодий, но являющихся местом обитания охотничьих животных. Требования ТКП применяются пользователями охотничьих угодий, а также иными организациями, осуществляющими учет охотничьих животных и отдельных видов диких животных, включенных в Красную книгу Республики Беларусь. ТКП может использоваться при организации и проведении контрольных мероприятий по учету охотничьих животных. Методы учета охотничьих животных определяются пользователями охотничьих угодий, иными организациями, в обязанности которых входит осуществление учета численности охотничьих животных, в соответствии с порядком проведения учета численности охотничьих животных, а также на основании приложения А к ТКП. Требования ТКП не распространяются на научные и иные организации, проводящие учеты охотничьих животных в научно-исследовательских и опытных целях.
